Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens’ Aglow Gardens are back with new community offerings

From November 18 to December 31, 2023, the annual light show returns for its ninth season. This year we have new community opportunities that we are excited to share.

Aglo Gardens Community Night

On November 17, all Boothbay area residents are invited to enjoy Aglow Gardens for free from 4 to 9 p.m., and carpooling is encouraged. We will have hot food and beverages available for purchase. A valid ID showing residency in Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor, Edgecomb, or Southport is required. There is no need for advanced registration.

Gardens Aglow Community Night for non-profits and businesses

This year, for Community Night, the Gardens welcomes local organizations to set up information tables in our new Culinary Center. If you’re interested in promoting your work, fundraising for your nonprofit, or sharing your work with the community, we’d love to get involved! NOTE – Nonprofit organizations may fundraise at this event, and groups may choose to give away promotional items, but this is not a corporate retail space. Email Michaela at to register. The extended deadline is October 31.
