ALBION — Multiple people were booked into the Noble County Jail from Friday morning through Monday morning, according to jail records.
Rodney R. Baughman, 62, of the 500 block of Water Street, Ligonier, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. Saturday by Noble County police on two warrants for failure to appear in court, Level 6 felonies. Baughman was being held without bail. .
