Michael A. was arrested. Cochran, 44, of the 8500 block of Pope Road, Fort Wayne, was charged at 4:25 p.m. Friday on a warrant charging a Level 6 felony. No further shipping information is provided. Cochran was held without bail.
Jessica L. Veltran, 42, of the 1100 block of West Third Street, Ligonier, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. Friday by Ligonier police on a charge of domestic battery with a child under 16, a level 6 felony. Veltran was held without bond.

Robert Graber, 43, of the 1300 block of Somerset Court in Goshen, was arrested at 9:24 a.m. Friday by LaGrange County police on a felony warrant for impersonating law enforcement and reckless driving. Graber posted bail and was out on bond.
Aaron Hostetler, 19, of the 1400 block of South 600 W. in Topeka, was booked at 6:30 p.m. Friday by LaGrange County police to serve time on charges of operating while intoxicated and reckless endangerment. No bond information was provided.
Matthew Farmer, 35, of the 1000 block of Washington Street in Constantine, Michigan, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. Sunday by LaGrange County police on two counts of operating while intoxicated. The farmer posted bail and was out on bail.
