Shangri-La Gardens hosts Dreaming of a Green Christmas

Shangri-La Botanic Gardens and Nature Center invites the public to a day of fun during their annual event, Dreaming of a Green Christmas, on Saturday, December 16. This fun family holiday is an opportunity for visitors to enjoy hands-on activities among the festive landscape. The magically transformed botanical gardens feature seasonal decorations, holiday bloom displays, and unique Christmas trees decorated for the community. Celebrations begin at 10 a.m. with the arrival of Santa Claus. Entrance to Shangri-La Gardens is free.

Christmas Picnics are open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m., with last entry at 8:30 p.m. The last week of Christmas outings is celebrated with Crazy Christmas Hat Week, from December 19 to 22.
