HOLLAND, MI – Organizers of West Michigan’s most popular flower festival have announced that the American Idol winner will headline the shows at the 2024 Tulip Time Festival.

The 95th Tulip Time Festival is scheduled to be held from May 4 to May 12 next spring, and tickets for various concerts and events will be on sale starting November 7 on the Tulip Time website.

Along with the usual thousands of tulips, Dutch dancing, an artisan market and other classic Tulip Time activities, a variety of new attractions and displays are set for the 2024 festival.

Country singer Scotty McCreary, the 2011 American Idol winner, will perform at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 10 at Holland Central Wesleyan Church, 446 West 40th St. Tickets for McCreary’s concert are $78 each.

McCreary won the tenth season of American Idol and then began his recording career. His debut studio album charted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart, and he has released several other award-winning albums since then. Among his most famous songs are “Five More Minutes,” “Damn Strait,” and “You Time.”
