Well, that’s not the case with the Neomow X robotic lawn mowers. Developed by Hong Kong-based Hawkeye, the Neomow X is the first of its kind innovative robotic lawnmower with an advanced LiDAR SLAM navigation system.
Neomow’s advanced LiDAR SLAM navigation system includes a laser sensor that enables real-time 3D mapping of the environment. The LiDAR SLAM Precision Navigation system takes the job of navigating the turf with unparalleled precision, ensuring precise mowing to every square inch. Thanks to this advanced technology, the Neomow X easily handles difficult turf conditions, remaining unaffected by light or signal interference.
The robotic lawn mower is integrated with a 360-degree LiDAR module and an intelligent obstacle avoidance system, which detects and avoids obstacles in all directions and independently plans an avoidance path. It also has a wide-angle front bumper for additional protection.
It features a sleek patented design, integrated blade and recessed cutting disc, which prevents grass clippings from jamming the cutting disc.
In addition, the new lawn mowers are equipped with the Intelligent Auto Recharge feature, whereby the Neomow can automatically return to its charging station when the battery is low. After recharging, harvesting resumes where it left off. The charging station can be installed indoors and outdoors as you prefer.

Neomow X comes with a 234Wh lithium battery, which provides up to 120 minutes of cutting time, and Neomow X pro offers a 315Wh battery, which can last up to 180 minutes.
The robot uses a front-wheel drive system, which helps it move smoothly on any terrain. The mower also has a 45-degree climbing ability and comes with an IPX5 waterproof rating that will mow your lawn in any weather. The Neomow
Lawn mowers can be customized with the help of the Hookii app, which lets you customize mowing preferences, set schedules and monitor progress through your smartphone. The app can also be used to choose from four different cutting styles, adjust the height of the floating cutting disc, adjust the cutting angle for each job, or track the device’s GPS coordinates if it is stolen.
