Tulip Monsilla: Gurgaon’s longest troubled luxury project is back on track

The second phase of Tulip Monsilla project is spread over an area of ​​3,50,000 square feet including ultra-luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

The total project is spread over 20 acres on Golf Course Road, Sector 53, and is valued at over Rs 5,000 crore. Originally started by another real estate company and then defunct, Tulip Infratech stepped in as a beacon of hope for investors and homeowners alike.

Having acquired the project in 2021 through negotiations with PNB Housing Finance Ltd and former construction company Tulip Infratech have ambitious plans for Tulip Monsella. These plans include the construction of approximately 1,100 luxury apartments and 150 units designed for the economically weaker sections, all thoughtfully integrated into 11 elegant towers. In addition, there are two separate commercial buildings that will complete this large development.

In an extraordinary achievement, the first phase of the Monsilla Tulip Project has not only been implemented on schedule, but is said to be ahead of it. The expected delivery date of 2030 is now expected to be achieved in the next three years.
